The motorist did not recognised him at first when he stopped in Ware, Hertfordshire, close to the footballer's home. He is currently staying in England while he trains with Spurs. Father-of-two Paul Long, 46, phoned into Richard Bacon on BBC Radio Five Live to tell him about his surprise 'Good Samaritan'. He said: "I was taking my kids to school this morning when the car packed up as we approached a busy roundabout over the A10. We were in the middle of a very busy roundabout. Cars were buzzing past and I had two kids in the back. "I had my two kids in the back but no one stopped, no one came to help.
