Stand up  to stand from sitting.

Budge up  to yield a seat for someone.
Use up  to run out of something.
Take up
Fill up  to make a container filled of liquid or gas
Top-up  to pre-pay

wake up  to wake someone from sleeping
give up  to lose faith in doing something
stand up  to stand from sitting
make up  to compose or form
show up  to come or to appear

Move up = Go up  to rise.
blow up  to blow something with a bomb, etc
hang up
meet up  to meet (in a venue)

follow up
build up  to construct
cover up  to hide a secret
turn up  to appear at a place
wash up  to wash or rinse
open up  to give, to free

And I have to say I forgot this one - Shut up!

 p.s. some phrases were learned when i was watching bbc series! eg. gang up, bottle up, man up, budge up. : )
